Are the glass panels separating? Is there an issue with the silicone where the panels meet or off to the side a little?

Is it currently leaking?

Having a hard time seeing what your actual problem is. If the issue isn't where glass panels meet then you're probably safe.

Should I just lower the tank water and reseal or should I do the whole tank
Still not sure what the issue is here.... is the tank leaking? If so you have to take it completely apart, removing all panels and silicone, and then reassemble.

No it’s not leaking through the glass the tank wasn’t fully glued in the top corner it’s seeping from my bubbler and wave maker

Yeah... I'm not understanding what the problem is here.

Disassembling a tank, resealing and reassembling is a task not for the faint of heart. It involves patience, and placement of all livestock in holding tubs until the job is complete.

Looks like thr trim portand you can glue it as it is more cosmetic than structural.
The tank itself looks intact
