I would ask them for sure, I bought my box 7 months ago and I would say I have change out about 200 gallons but not sure. sorry I can not give you a more definitive answer

From salty supply website I got a calculation for you. They say for probiotic reef salt it takes 380 gms to 10L water for salinity 1.024. Now based on that I can say their 25kg box will give you approximately 657L or 174G at salinity 1.024. Hope this helps.

Would think daily would be more stable but directions say atleast once a week

If you are starting a new tank then you should start with bio s and then after 14 days shift to Probio S.

Bio S for nitrogen cycle and Pro bio S for converting NO3 and PO4 to biomass which can be used by the corals or skimmed out.

Yes, thats why when you start they suggest you dose Bio S for 2 weeks so that the bacterial population start running the nitrogen cycle, then once it is established then you moved to Probio s which will reduce the NO3 and PO4.

Pro bio S yes if you want to run it ULNS SPS reef but its not that costly. Its 50 ml for $25 and you use 1 drop per 27G
