I have a 55 gallon tank, no sump, I currently use aquaforest reef salt amd pro bio s. I have fuel, garlic, and feed lrs. Just got the products above last night. As well as the components...any help would be greatly appreciated.
I'll use the fuel until it's gone....garlic I use about 2 times a week.
I will just do one change vitality on tuesday and friday. Everything else is fine.
How does this look?
Then I add aminos when nitrate and phosphate drop? What about dosing the components?
I think his PO4 is 0.02 instead of 0.002 as the salifert test kit is not that sensitive (low range 0.01-1ppm and medium 0.02-2ppm).So, with 0.02 ppm PO4 probio S will work and I think you missed the point that he is already using Pro bio S. Above all there is always enough PO4 to take care of NO3.
Any way to have these on dosing pumps? Or to automate it?
I will not add amino until your No3 comes down to less that 2-3 ppm.
NP pro is dosable but every thing else you need to dose manually. You can use the life bio fill and then you may skip the Pro bio S dosing sometime.
Just feed the system and the Po'4 will come up.
Do you have components too? For them I will need again your system major 3 parameters.
Will do a water change and test levels....but not sure how mag will turn out.
What if I get phosphate minus? Then what would be taken out of the equation?
