That depends on your home's frame structure. Better take a look at the following, find out what your frame structure is and, most importantly, tell us what sized tank you would like to have. There are static and dynamic loads and these are handled differently throughout the home.

Good question! Mine is manufactured too.
The manufacturer can tell you lbs/per square foot.
I can say from talking to a builder in 2002, they were making homes rated at 1 ton/square foot.

At one time I lived in a older house and it had a crawl space underneath it I used cinder blocks and braced underneath my tank. At the time I had a 125 gal and never had any problems.

I do. 60g (Red Sea 250) on an older mobile home double wide. Best you can do is go underneath and look. I put mobile home jacks underneath but cinder blocks would be best.

It's getting boring when my 45 gallons packed (and also do the other 2 frags tans). Pick up a used 100 gallons SCA aquarium from my local reef buddy. 100 gallons is way less than my dream size tank. But I'm living in a manufacturer house and the floor can't handle bigger size so 100 gallons it...

I have a 72 gallon tank I’m about to set up and I’m trying to figure out if and how I need to brace my floor to do so. I have a 75 and 40 gallon fresh water that aren’t braced but the 72 gallon has a sump so it’ll be more weight than the 75 gallon is.

I have a Waterbox 70.2 in a makeshift double wide. (It’s two single wides put up like a double wide lol) The trailer it resides in I’d say was built in the 80’s. I’d have to find my title. I haven’t braced the floor. There’s no way to do so because the area it sits it’s too hard to get under the trailer. However the subfloor is 3/4” tongue in groove over the metal joists, with laminate flooring. It sits in the corner near the outside wall. Hopefully it’ll be fine.
