Target feed or water

I just bought 2 different planktons from seachem. My question is should I target feed or just dump on water? I see a lot of different options available. Im open to suggestions Thanx

I just put the recommended amount into my powerhead to help spread it around the tank. The directions even say to just add a certain amount to the tank weekly, and that is what works for me. Hope this helps

Good! That was the way im doing it. And i put some in with fish food. Should I turn off powerheads?

Pausing the return pump helps, so you dont filter it out

It depends on what you are trying to feed, however, broadcast feeding tends to do the trick.

Target feeding can be cheaper. I just mix phytofeast with oysterfeast and some reef roids. Dump the hole mix in my tank, about 1 hour in the evening before my skimmer comes on. Makes for a cloudy mess, corals got to love it. I do squirt some down the mouth of my large tubular bubble. She closes her mouth and looks like a hot air balloon.
