Tboughts on coral food

Can I get thoughts on best coral food for softies and zoanthis. I used to use reef roids .is there anything better anyone recommends?just starting a 13 gal evo system

I wouldn't feed them unless you have 0 nitrate and/or 0.00 phosphate (or 0 fis) simply because the tank is so small.

I don't feed my soft corals (zoas/ricordea shrooms) but was wondering about this recently when a filtration change sent my zoas downhill -- I think it's flow but others did posit potential for beneficial "stuff" being filtered out more aggressively.

Nitrates and phosphates are fine (8-10ppm, 0.06-0.08ppm, respectively) but I have no idea about other stuff like aminos, proteins, carbs, etc.

Anyway, that doesn't help but stuff I've considered trying other than ReefRoids for my situation:
