Everyone who's not seen an email from TCK Corals after placing an order, please check your spam folder, AND mark email as NOT SPAM... From that point on all emails will go to your inbox. Sorry they were getting red flagged by ie google spam block due to previously being filtered by google, so you need to essentially retrain it. Thank you once again.

I am good! Thank you for getting things going. Tank maintenance done yesterday so I could focus on the sale today!

If we buy a shipping module but don’t end up Snagging anything will it be refunded? I’ve only done this once before but for the most part get some stuff
 
Also wish I could make the drive out to see you guys and do local pickup but I don’t have time for the road trip at the moment :( NYC resident

hey @TCK Corals I've never made an account with you guys before and I'm trying to make one and it says I have one already so i tried to reset the password and am not getting a reset email. what can I do? I'd like to participate and buy a shipping module before 4pm to enter the giveaway

Check your spam folder, I had the same issue. Gmail sent to the spam folder automatically. Marked not as spam now and sending to the inbox now.
 
So this will be the first live sale i will be participating in , I live in the area so i would be picking up any purchases, do I need to pre register or anything? do i need an account with TCK ? how do i pay for purchases?
