TDI meter reading "Lob" (HM Digital Model DM-1)

Set up RODI unit (Spectrapure CSPDI 90GPD 4 stage w/ TDS meter). Bought this form reefsupplies.ca so most the connectons were already done. Think i got the rest correct.

One major issue is with the TDS meter. It is reading "Lob" of both in and out settings. This message is not in the manual and i cant seem to find anything online. I tried removing batteries to see if it would reset but no love.

Has anyone seen this, can anyone help fix?

Your probably right...although its odd that a brand new machine would have low battery but i wouldnt be surprised. lol

Guess I gotta go order some batteries.

Same issue with mine out of the box. I was thinking low battery as well. However the manual reads several “warning signs of a low battery” and a “Lob” message is not mentioned in the manual. Did you find solution?

Okay I did confirm on BRS site where I bought mine “LOB” does in face mean Low On Battery. Kind of annoying that I get a brand new unit with a bad battery. Battery is suppose to be good for two years.

Yeah. Very frustrating.
I bought some batteries and good to go now.

Think they would at least list that Lob is low battery in the manual.
