What is a good tds meter to buy on amazon or wherever because I'm buying rodi water from a lfs and I want to check it out and I did have my own rodi water pump but our water bill is really outrageous because they double our sewage off the amount of water that we use so that's why it's cheaper to go get it at the lfs. Can anyone help me out with this?

I'm sure @AZDesertRat will have a recommendation for a TDS meter.
HM Digital TDS-3, TDS-4TM or AP-1 can all be found for $25-$30 and are great choices. All are ATC temperature compensated so very accurate plus have a built in digital thermometer function so serve a dual purpose.
For a little more you can step up to the HM Digital COM-80 or COM-100 which is my personal favorite. It is about 10x more sensitive and can do electrical conductivity as well as TDS. I keep an AP-1 as a back up.
