TDS readings different

Hi.
I have a rsr 250 and just in process of setting it up. It’s fully functional but doesn’t have livestock yet.
The observation I have made is that the TDS reading directly from the Reefer reservoir is 12 but if I scoop out a sample with a plastic jug and measure the result is 0. This being same reading from the inline monitor on the plumbed in RODI kit.
Any idea and solution ?

I test the out put directly from the rodi unit with a hand held.
Rinse a glass with rodi water , then fill it with rodi and then test it.

I should have mentioned that I have a feed directly from the RODI kit to the reservoir via a float valve & auto shut off.
It’s the fact that the same Water is 12 in the glass reservoir but reads 0 if I scoop out a sample and test in the jug.

Weird. I wonder if something in the resivoir, is messing with the conductivity of the meter.

Is still conduct the same test as above to narrow it down.

Otherwise it sounds like the resivoir is dirty.
