Not sure if this is the place to post this if not plz move it.

My TDS is extremly high my RO filters got bad and I didnt think of it till today and got it tested. So my phosphates are real high. I have a fresh 40 gallons of salt water made and it is with the high TDS water. Is there a way to take down the TDS in the already mixed water? I also have a 50 gallone of RO full of water is there something I can put in it also? thanx for any help

How high is it? For me really high is 5 but for some really high is 400. If its under 30 or so I would use it just because of the salt unless you have a lot of salt.

Really high it is 397. The problem is phosphates they have been very high. Losing alot of coral and have algea bloom and cyno problems now. And inbetween jobs and goin to school full time with family of 7 dont have alot of money to throw away. That is why I was hoping I could somehow use it with out causing more problems. Maybe will try GFO and go for that and test phosphates.
