Tear in base of frogspawn, problem?

So i just noticed this tear in the base of my frogspawn, is this recoverable? Anything i can do to help? Not sure what caused it.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. Something probably bumped into it or you're flow might be hitting it too much (directly). If parameters are good, the soft tissue will grow over it.
 
No change in flow recently so i dont think its that, hopefully it revovers
 
I personally would not stress to much in my experience with them if they are injured enough to worry they will close up on you shortly afterwards you will see a polyp bailout.
