I no longer need the chiller it is to big for my tank it is rated for tanks up to 550 gallons. It has the optional heater installed into the unit already. You can add the internal UV steralizer if you so choose. The unit is very quiet and us digital it kept my 150 within a degree of where I set it. It is in great condition on scale of 1-10 I'd give it a 8-8.5 it was bought new in late 2009 these retail for the base unit for around 875 I'm asking 425 obo
