Over the last few months, I've had at least 4-5 generations of baby trochus snails. The first batch are pretty much adult size now. A few days ago I spotted another tiny snail. Today, I saw a white speck on the glass and checked it out with my phone camera set to 8x's zoom and was surprised to see the tiniest trochus yet. It's literally a speck and has no dark shell--white from both sides. It has 2 antenae that I was able to see. I don't expect it to survive, although, from the population of my trochus snails, it's possible, esp. as there are no fish. So that's 5-6 batches of babies.
I have so many snails I've had to put seaweed strips in rubber banded to rocks. I put in 2 and the snails find them!
The one pic all you see is a white speck on the glass. And yes, that is an emerald crab shell on bottom. Hoping it's just the shell, that it molted....
