Teflon thread tape

Just wondering if Teflon thread tape is reef safe? Or if there is a certain type u need to use?

I have always used teflon tape from HD and never had any issues but you might want to read the link below

What/where are you using it?? It's not recommended for use on threaded PVC. For that you want to use something like laco plastostick.
