Okay so I have tried the melsreef method twice now with no success (acrylic tube over the anemone)

Unfortunately I got the anemone about 2 months after the clowns were introduced to the tank

Clowns are tank raised never seen one before. And all they do is hang out in the corner......grrrr

I have heard about pictures but that seems a bit far fetched. (Will be trying it anyways though)

I have one of these light bulbs could this work for a QT Setup? 54w version.

I have been thinking of just putting them all in a 5g time out until they host their anemone but not sure if that light would be strong enough for the Anemone...

So I beg let me know what worked for you they are still in the juvenile stage so hopefully it will be easier then adult.

I saw a vid where the guy put the nem and the clowns in a basket inside the tank. I need this done at my lfs too.

Yeah I saw that one as well unfortunately the nem is on a massive rock....so until it splits that's not going to be an option or unless I cut the rock down but I am afraid of stressing the anemone

My sump seam started leaking and i had to break down the tank above it and take apart my stand to access it to pull it out. This was a huge noob mistake which i fixed when I did my rebuild but i had all my fish and corals in a 20 gal with the nem and my clowns found it during the 2 days it took me to get a new setup going. Havent left it since.

Yeah I have been thinking of throwing them all in a 5 or 10g for a couple days and see what happens.....just not sure if the light I posted is strong enough to keep the anemone happy.
