So I am away for a long weekend so I decided to hook up my seneye monitor just to keep taps on the ATO (water sensor) and temperature while I am gone from lastnight until Sunday. The tank has 2 Eheim heaters for reduntancy and tank has always maintained 78-80 Degree (130 Gallon total volume)... I keep the AC on 73 degrees.

This is what it is showing me now that I have checked -I have killed the power to the radions just incase it is high. understand no circumstances I can see the temp rising 9 degrees in 11 minutes. Even if one heater malfunctioned, or if the AC power was cutt off..

I am surely going to invest in 2nd monitor for temperature - but this is really puzzling.

I don't think id put a whole lot of faith in that temp indication. It would take a lot of energy to increase water temp that fast. I don't think even with both heaters on that it would increase that fast

It's near a 100 degrees at my house and and most of the homes in was in today were in the upper 90's (I'm a ac contractor) a house that hot will raise temp of the water pretty quickly with lights and a lot of other equipment. I'd still find someone to check on your house for you incase your ac stopped working

10deg in 11 minutes? Even if the AC did go out the house isn't going to increase temp that fast. He's also using Radions so that's shouldn't be a significant source of heat input. I still don't believe that its correct. Step changes like that are very suspicious

I'd would be getting with the vendor and manufacture to get it resolved.
Meanwhile I'd hit a local fish store and buy a digital aquarium thermometer.
