I have a Biocube 32. Been cycling for months. I have a CUC and 2 clowns. And a Coral banded shrimp.

The CUC have cleaned my rock of all the false coloring. My concern is tank temp has gone up to nearly 80 degrees. My heater is all but off. Is it my lights? I use the Biocube lights.

Is the top enclosed? If it is, that will lead to more heat being trapped.
You can add a fan to blow across the top of the water to increase evaporation, which will help cool the tank.

Unplug heater completely for a few hours, see where temp goes, then also read temp when lights off for awhile.....what is inside temp of house/ and or apartment?
