Temp swings

I had to break down and add a heater to my tank. When I first set it up it was a constant 77-78, but with the continued cold I have sunk to 74-75. Well now with the heater/s and being controlled by a apex I have a swing from 77.5-79, so a 1.5 degree swing.

Is this okay, to much?
