Temp Swings

I’m having temp swings due to weather. Let’s say my heater is at 82, but due to the inside temp it raises the temp to 84.1, 83.7, but then at night drops back down to 82 because the suns gone down. Fowlr, is this okay or ......

You'll be fine. I use an aqualogic dual stage thermostat. I keep my tank at 78 with 1 degree differential. 77 heater kicks on. 79 the fan I have mounted above my tank kicks on for evaporative cooling. So I have very little temperature fluctuations.
