Is there a relationship between temperature and PH? Normally we run our AC at 80 during the day and turn it down to 70 when we go to bed. I don't have the heater kicking on until 76 so typically it never turns on as the temperature in the tank will swing from 77 to 79. While running the system like that my PH will fluctuate between 7.9 to 8.1. While on vacation I set the AC to 76 all the time. While running the AC at that temperature the temp in the tank was 79 to 80.5 and the PH remained at a constant 8.19 to 8.20. It seems like I am better running the tank a little bit warmer if I want the PH higher. Does this make sense?

I don't think their is a relationship. pH is higher because there is more oxygen in your house since you and others are not breathing it in while you are away.
