You can get them for 150 but that gives you 4 controllable outlets and if you go with the apex you can always expand.

No need to blow the budget...you really just need something to shut off the heater in case it malfunctions (which is very common).

Something like this would work. I would just recommend reading about the different controllers that are available and get the one that suits your needs now as well as for the future.
