All of your pumps dump heat directly into the tank's water. If you add up the wattage on all of the pumps it is roughly equivalent to running a heater of the same wattage all of the time. Because of this, any tank will run a few degrees warmer that the room temperature without a heater on. If your room temperature is 68 deg F then the tank might run 70-71 deg F without a heater. I have an acrylic tank and it runs about 5 deg F warmer than the room. A glass tank conducts heat better so it's delta T with the room will be a little less. My guess is that the wattage of all of pumps is really high for the tank size, OR, the heaters are malfunctioning, or one of your pumps is clogged and requiring more power to drive it therefore dumping more heat into the water than normal
