Tempered glass

I am building a 150 gal. tank with 1/2" non tempered glass. If I had the glass tempered after it is cut to size would I need "Euro Bracing"?? The tank is 60" LONG X 27" HIGH AND 24" WIDE. I am told that regular "Non Tempered glass will require euro bracing. But I don't like the look of the euro bracing.

The issue with glass is the ability to hold and not pop at the seams and not bowing to the point of breaking. Euro bracing takes care of these 2 issues.

Yes I understand what you are saying, but what I want to know is, If I have the glass tempered is tempered glass strong enough without euro bracing. Maybe someone from the reef squad help me out>>>

That's a pretty big tank not to have bracing.
