Your best bet is to contact the manufacturer. But there is an at home test you can perform. The sunglasses test. I'll link a video:Anyone know if the back glass of a RSM C-250 is tempered. I would like to add a decent sump. Thanks, JD

Awesome Crabs thank you! I did send an email to Red Sea, but I am eager to get started. Only problem is the back glass has black vinyl blocking it out. And getting my monitor in the all in one sump area is going to be tricky! ;Facepalm

The video and others were extremely helpful in testing. I have some nice polarized lenses that I was able to use to in order to make a decision/guess it was not tempered.
