Template for recording PAR Values - is there one out there?

Hello.

Is anyone aware of a template on the site here that someone created for recording PAR values? Maybe a spreadsheet or PPT that we can print out and input the values? Just thought I would ask...

Best and easiest is to take a picture of your tank and print it out and write the par on it. Therefor you know exactly what par is where in your tank.
