Tentacle count on zoanthids

Curious if anyone knows if zoanthids/palythoa all have the same amount of tentacles per head (unless there’s a casualty here and there) or if they vary by their color morph, size, or any other factor?

I’m noticing that sps macro photos show polyps have 12 tentacles, still searching for more...

It seems there are 47 or 67 tentacles on zoanthids from the macro photos I can find.
