Hi -my trident is repeatedly failing Test A and therefore does not continue to test B and C....

First Question - while I am trouble shooting this, can I ask the trident to just test B and C?

Second question - I have checked all lines and pumps for leaks and clogs. Everything is clear. Any other advice? I have reached out to neptune and waiting for their response as well but it's easter weekend so I am not expecting a quick response.

Thank you in advance for any help!

You must have A completed to move to B and C- bypassing A is not an option
Often it’s clogged lines or tube inside reagent bottle fell off inside the cap
Also good videos on you tube

Which reagent brand are you using? Neptune or ABC
That's a great question! Trying to save a couple $$ I bought a 6 month supply of ABC, but couldn't get through them because of failing Test A. I had not had that problem before except when the reagent tubes were kinked. I sent it back to Neptune, got rid of the ABC reagents, and haven't had a problem since. It's been over a year now.
