TEST A Failed | TRIDENT w/screenshot

Good afternoon everyone...two days in a row I am receiving the TEST A FAILED error, but this time my Calcium dropped to a 274. Not sure what is going on. Yesterday, I had the same thing happened (TEST A FAILED)...I replaced all three Reagents using the Task Option...It worked fine from 6pm, SUN, 12Am Monday, 6Am Monday...then at 12pm Today I saw the error message.

What? I just had that happened to me about two months ago...I cleaned the Black intake line out (a lot of yellow stuff came out)....

I had that message come up when my Cuvette was dirty i had to clean it it was easy following the instructions i was given mine had been running over a year when this happened

Did the person you got it from have any complaints?

Edit: Ignore this. I didnt mean to hijack.

I have it since they came out i got one of the initial release

I have no complaints it has helped keep the tank growing great

How do you get to the curvets to clean them?

You have to take of the case i would not do it without the Neptune approval and instructions

You can see if it is dirty by shining a light on it by taking off the smoke panel above the drawer

Our sumps get dirty. Mine has clogged twice. Neptune walked me thru how to clean the line. Took me 5 minutes the second time. Try to find a nice corner to pull sample water from.

You know what it will be a year Nov 27th since I purchased it....maybe its my turn...they (Neptune) just sent me a set of instructions to remove the reagents and run a full test and send them back the results...lets see what they say (still have the same results and error)

Yeah I have it in a corner the black line pulling water from away from most of the equipment (I hope)

Yeah, I am following their email directions so far.....not touching nothing...cost me too much as it is and monthly cost (reagents) for me to break something so dam expensive...lol
