125gallon Tank has been cycling for 4 weeks now. I started out raising ammonia to 2 PPM. Took approximately two weeks for to drop to zero With ammonium chloride I have brought up the ammonia level from 0 to 1 PPM and in 24 hours it's back to zero I've been doing this daily for the last 9 days.

Today's test results:
Ammonia 0
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 30
PH 8.0

Am I ready to go get my clean up crew today?

Trochus

It sounds as if the tank has cycled.

You can add a clean up crew and ammonia should not be a problem.

But clean up crews require things like food for the scavengers or algae for the grazers. If you are not feeding the tank, don’t add scavengers. If you do not have a decent algae population, don’t add grazers. Also you need the right kind of algae. The are certain algae that many grazers will not touch.
