Testing Times?

I know Ph swings in the tank systems throughout the day. Is this the case with the big 3 - Alk/ Ca/ Mg? Are there certain times of the day that we should be testing those or times of the day when the results may be skewed? I will be honest when I say that when I do test as much as I would like it to be around the same time +/- as previous tests, life often gets in the way and that is not the case.

Yes they all swing. I test the same time + or - 30 min. Every Wednesday and Friday around 3:00. I just did a tank transfer so i have trust issues.
