when is it the best time to test for all your parameters when the lights are on or off

The best time to test is the same time every time. Other than that, you are all good. I prefer to test on my Sunday about an hour after I do my weekly water change, which is about an hour after lights off.

i tested my calcium this morning when the lights were off and got 401 just tested about half hour ago and its 411 so really not sure when to do it lights come on at 12
