Hi am new told to test for pH 7, and Nitrates and Nitrites low am I ok to add Clean up crew now? Tank cycling for 1 month with live rock. Advice please Thanks

Ph should be between 7.5 and 8.3. Imo
Nitrite and amonia should be 0. Not low but 0. Nitrates should be barely or not at all detectable. Then ok to start. I would think after a month it would be good. But each tank is different.
