Tetra AmmoniaSafe?

Been having issue with ammonia at 1- .5 . Did a 25% water change can only get to .5. My girl bought this AmmoniaSafe by Tetra, but it is for fresh water. Can I use it in my reef tank or will it throw other stuff out off wack?

I tend to use products that are labeled reef safe. I don't know if there could be a chemical reaction with this product. I would recommend either Prime or Amquel, I use Prime.

I agree that it is probably OK, but I cannot be sure what it is, while Amquel and Prime have long track records of success.
