This Zoa has not been happy since I got it over a month ago. For the first time just saw this red thing on it but when pulled out of the water it is gone.

You can just pluck/scrape that tube off. I'm not really understanding what this frag is though. Is there more than the single polyp? Is the rest of the colony hidden under algae in the reflection?

I think it is a Mohawk palys, there are 2 other polyps on the frag. They partly opened when I first got them but for a few weeks now they have been shut tight like that. I have tried moving them all over the tank.
I have a GSP and a captain jerks palys that are doing very well, 2 hammers that are doing well, and montis that I can’t tell if they are happy or not.
that worm is the only abnormal thing I’ve found, and just now for the first time.

Actually on closer inspection, there are 5 small coral heads, and one other smaller tube with a red worm in it.
