So my order that went out from Florida to Minnesota, UPS decided to send it to Philadelphia first, then to me. So one day late (Overnight, got here in two days), heat packs cold, water about 50-55 degrees.

The good news, is as of right now, only one DOA (Feather Duster), the fish is alive (we'll see if he's alive in the morning) and the three rock anemones look like they are actually attaching to the rocks. Not worried a ton about the sponges/gorgonains, but my little horseshoe crab is fighting for his life. (About an inch in size, going into a 4'x3.6' sandy bottom tank).

Eesh, the joys of living in the woods in Northern Minnesota.

Sorry to hear about the shipping! Praying for the best!

Living on a dirt road in amish country Ohio I feel your pain. Since they don’t take care of roads out here I’ve learned to only order that kind of stuff when the weather is reasonably nice in early summer, spring or fall

Just rediculous. Dont know why they accept monies for shipments IF they cant deliver and knowingly cant.

Sorry for your troubles. I think ups does a pretty good job. Unfortunately not much room for error with cold Temps.

Ups is a huge plus for our hobby.
I can order corals from aquasd in CA and they arrive 14 hours later in nh, for $30 shipping.

And twice as nice? So another order, another day delay. Fish coming in that have been in a box for two days now. So many words I can't type right now. Three years in my house, first time this has ever happened, and two years ago they delivered in 10" of snow and -15 degrees. On time. Now, it's 40 and two inches of snow....

So thanks UPS, for yet another delay. (Should have been here yesterday.)

So the order got here again a day late (3/10 was eta, got here today) - I see movement in all the fish, water was below 60 degrees from being at UPS for an extra day. Crossing fingers/fins they make it,
