That’s Smart brand bleach

I used That’s Smart brand bleach. Does anyone use this for their filter socks? Can’t find a lot of info on it.

We now use Oxyclean on our filter socks, having switched from Chlorox.

Several. There’s no chlorine in Oxyclean, so it’s safer to use in the event it ever comes into contact with vinegar (which always seems to be floating around with any of the aquarium stuff). And other than not being quite as “white”, we didn’t notice any difference in the actual cleanliness of the filter socks post-washing machine - and they functioned just the same. And as my wife uses Oxyclean for everything else it just made life easier.

We still clean the filter socks prior, run two separate washing cycles and include prime in the rinse cycle of the second
