That Random Nano!

It’s a beautiful evening over here, been seeing some stunning lightning. Here’s a few photos from the reef before the WC earlier.

I also wanted to update you guys on the trio quickly (I unfortunately still can’t get photos of them). They’re all still together and have got a small hierarchy although the “aggression” was almost nonexistent. All they do is what looks to be a stare down and then go straight back to swimming together. It’s adorable and hilarious. These guys are becoming so much more comfortable in the tank when I’m around now so hopefully they’ll soon allow for photos together. I’ll be trying at some point today however I don’t expect them to be amazing photos (Unlike what I can get with my larger wrasse gang).

Just a quick video showing off the fluff I’ve finally regained :)
Please ignore that cyano… It’s also annoying me but as long as it’s in just small patches I can control it.

Looking forward to pics of the wrasses! congrats on the pistol!
Thankyou! I too look forward to the day I get a photo of the wrasses actually out and not hiding. So far here’s just one of the 4 wrasses in the tank that allows me to take a photo of her.

And a rather bad photo of one the guys from the trio.

Well, I’ll probably be going to my further away LFS this weekend and I’ve got an idea of what I’ll be looking for.
So far I have on the list;
- A Maxima or a Squamosa Clam
- PC Rainbow Acropora

Would love to hear what you guys think and any other acros you think I should look out for. Currently I have a lot of green, purple and blues but not much of the other colours.

Here it is wet! Just waiting for the water to clear over night then I’ll deal with the starting rock scape.

I cant believe it’s only been 2 months since setting this tank up!
The growth and PE I’ve been getting from the coral is perfect. I’ll be getting videos of all the PE on each coral throughout the week so hopefully by this weekend I’ll have a couple of photos showing off the coral growth.

Finally getting rid of some of the Yuma’s and just because they can get in the way in SPS settings, I’m trading the ones from this tank.

Awww I liked them lol.

Forgot to mention that I unfortunately lost my fire shrimp a few weeks back (I don’t know why and it still remains a mystery). So as well as a beautiful new clam I did pick up a replacement shrimp, so this week was an invert week!!

Just a photo of his mantle from when he was opening in the car, he’s currently in acclimation for 30 minutes and then he’ll be in the tank!! This clam is a beauty and definitely worth the money.
