You definitely deserve a nice treat for getting it to look like this. I’m pleasantly surprised.

Well, like every insane person I just had to use the timer mode with whites after adding that maxima!
Isn’t it just stunning, I love how deep green he is. Yet he has the blue that matches really nicely.

And the coral I picked up was one very weird Elegance. Ever seen one with the green and black almost spiralling pattern in the centre?

Plus, a white light FTS!

This Yellow Clown Goby is most likely going to be living in the back chambers for a while. He seems to love it and I’ll only be concerned if he gets into the chamber with the heater. Other than that, he’s fairly safe in there. So, for now I have a sump goby.

I’ve been after another frag since I lost the first one but never been lucky as they usually get fragged and sell quite fast. This time I managed to get one that has been fragged just 3-4 days ago.

The clam decided to rotate in the night, he seems to be doing that quite often currently.

And to my surprise, this Goni is already somewhat extended!

That clam is completely extended!

Infact, all of the new corals are also extending nicely.

It truly is, that photo shows it being more blue but in person it’s so much more of a turquoise green colour.

It’ll be interesting to see how he grows out and what the fully grown mantle looks like.

I came back with 3 new pieces yesterday - 1 colony of possibly Bernardopora or small stalked Goniopora and 2 chalices - 1 avatar, 1 orange/yellow eye.

Well, no regrets yet! Look at these colours on them.

Just glued some of these down but most of them are now on the rocks - except the Monti. Attempting to swap the old Blue Stylo skeleton with the new Green Stylo was a PITA. Unfortunately it knocked the clam off as well but he is now extending again. I attempted to put the clam in the same rotation as previously so he should be alright.

Other than that, nothing else was too disturbed.

Nevermind, going by he got knocked down I have a feeling his byssal threads got torn. Unfortunately, I woke up today and he was looking quite rotten. I left him in a small bit of water to see if he recovers but it’s unlikely.
