You know, that smell of a new acro. Kinda different,kinda strong fishy, but kinda sweet!! I like that smell. Defiantly distinctive smell.

If you wash your hands then rub your hands on the stainless steel faucet (like your washing them), then rewash your hands it will get rid of nearly any offensive stuck on smell (like the fish funk from butchering salmon). It's an old chef's trick. (Some really really bad ones you have to do it a couple times, but it works).

I will definitely try this the next time I'm chopping up onions!
