I was out of town over the weekend. Had my sister house sitting. She left the deep freeze door ajar and it completely thawed out. Several packs of LRS and Rod's food were in there along with a stock pile of meat for the family. When I got home and went to feed the fish, the freezer was at 70 degrees. The packs felt like room temp. Not sure how long it was like this, I'm guessing 24-32 hours that the door was ajar. I refroze the packs but they now have an odor to them that they didn't have before.

Question is, would you use this food that thawed? Or chuck it and buy new food?

It is a lot of food. 8 flat packs all together.
