Well I have my juvenile interruptus out of qt and in acclimation box in DT. Been in there for 2 days now. My big male doesn't even seam to notice her. I plan to release later today. Hope it goes well.

What a nice juvenile interruptus.
How is the Goldflake in the reef?I am going for a "pair" themed tank. I have a Flagfin/Goldflake hybrid paired with a goldflake. That's the only other angels other than the interruptus that I have now.

Thanks
How big is your male? I’m thinking of getting a small one to try to pair with my male, but I’m not sure he’s big enough at 3-4”. I think the huge size difference between your two makes it easier to pair them up.
Here’s mine:

Beautiful! My male is 5 1/2 to 6 inches. He's the bully of the tank! Always chases the other fish, except for the Flagfin/goldflake hybrid. He's the peace maker and will not go after anyone, but just swims in between the male interruptus and who ever he's chasing at the moment, and flares his fins at him. Then the interruptus backs down. They are both about the same size too, the hybrid may be a little bigger. Yours might be a little small now to pair, but keep in mind they are seasonal fish and usually available only from Dec to Feb. It took me 1 1/2 to 2 years to find a juvenile so you might want to start looking now. Just make sure you get a juvenile that still has her eyespot and it should be ok. I even printed off larger pictures of interruptus and taped to the sides of the QT tank to make sure she didn't turn male. I don't know if that really works or not but it won't hurt either.
I have yet to see a rare fish collection as nice as what @acesq has in his lovely home.
Meanwhile here are 2 of my angelic babies
