Here's a clip of my Scribbled in qurantine. The blueface was hiding in the pvc.
Not really. Only got til Friday til I put her in the display. So hopefully she'll eat in the main tank sooner or later.Has she started eating?
where did you get your scribbled form? online or lfs?So I added the scribbled and blueface to my 300g display. Also 2 small butterfly fish was added too. Pakistani and Pearlscale. All was fine for the first 2 hours. Only my purple tang was going after the butterflies. Then eventually stopped. My bigger current Emperor was fine during these first 2 hours. Then he just went psycho and chased all the newcomers. He was ferociously biting my Scribbled as he could. You could see the violence that he was doing. I had enough and netted that bully Emperor and threw him down into the sump. No way do I want $700+ new fish dead on their first day. Will punish him for a month until my new angels get comfortable in their new home.
any updates?Yes, fresh food as clams and sponges. Sometimes pellets on surface. After two weeks on display he stopped. Today morning was transfer to hospital and start with metronidazole but hi is very apathetic.
I raised a majestic in a four foot 90 gallon with no issues. She lived a long life (upper teens.) I never witnessed her eating cleaner shrimp, but I never had any live longer then a few months. She did eat all LPS and soft corals after leaving them alone for the first couple of years. Can you put a navarchus in a four foot tank? And will it eat large shrimp and other inverts?
I got mines from my lfs. It was listed at $429.99. It has been at the lfs well over a month so I saw it get healthier the longer it was there. lfs owner treated it with prazipro and another treatment. I got it home and did TTM with them. I made a deal and bought it along with my Blueface Angel and he lowered it to $400. Another lfs had one too but he wanted $500.where did you get your scribbled form? online or lfs?
Euphillia and SPS are great with those angels. Stay away from all open brains and zoo's. Emps can sometimes start nipping at SPS polyps when they get large, no issues for me as a juvenileWhat kinda of corals is everyone keeping with their angels? I am getting a pair of regals, flame, majestic and maybe a emperator juvie. Trying to figure out corals have been successful with angels.
