i am back with a new update:




























sand had to go, after using Chemiclean i had a lot of problems with my tank and the sand was getting dark in the deeper areas... after i got rid of it my corals looked way better!!

Aquaforest dosing:
AF -NP Pro 5 drops every morning
AF Pro Bio S 5 drops every morning
AF Amino Mix 4 drops every other day when lights are off
AF Build 4 drops every other day when lights are off
AF Energy 4 drops every other day when lights are off
AF Vitality 4 drops every other day when lights are off
AF Micro E 4 drops every other day when lights are off

aiptasia seem to go away... seems like the shrimps are doing there job..?!!
only problem left are those bubble alge... need something that feeds on those...

cyanos are still coming, but with the new Bubbleking DoubleCone I hope I´m going to bring those high P parameters down!

Hey guys!

maybe you have been wondering what happend to me...
after a lot of problems with the tank and the water parameters and the loss of my beloved leucosternon i decided to give the tank a fresh start. the pests where taking controll and the buble alge took over most of the shallow area.
so on 26th of November i tore apart the whole tank got rid of all the old stones and but all the corals in a quarantine tank and the fish in a large bucket.

and so here is the new Austrian Dropoff Tank 2.0.










upgraded my returnpump to a Vectra L1 cleaned all the old equipment and reorganiced the whole sump area.
new scape was made completley with RealReefRocks. build two other tanks with those and i really love it.
after a few days with bacterial bloom now the water is clear and the fish and corals are going to move back in on the weekend.

so tell me what you think of the new scape

Is that real reef rock? If it is and it has not been cycled please watch your PH, mine dropped from 8.3 to 7.7 and i pretty much lost all my SPS after adding some. Just a heads up
