It's not so much a theme as it is to keep the fish comfortable. It's great to simulate a fish's natural home to keep it happy.

I definitely appreciate you putting that into context. I completely agree with your thoughts. I've never been a fish keeper that try's to push the limits on compatibility. Definitely keep following because I'm sure I'll need more advice when I get closer to start adding some inhabitants!

Tank was delivered on Friday, but was the wrong tank!! Not too big of a deal because I spent the weekend in New Orleans.

New one should be here Thursday (pleaseeeee)!

Finally got the tank home!! This thing is huge and I love it! I had two friends help me load it up and unload it at the house. My plan is to drill it today and see if I can get some help putting it on the stand this weekend! I was hoping to start the cycle before my wedding and honeymoon, but the wedding is next Saturday so I will probably have to hold off until we get back in town.

Got the tank drilled for the Synergy Reef Overflow and 2 returns!

@revhtree I actually love making random videos for fun so I'm glad Rev randomly asked. The only thing is....I don't really like making how to type videos. Hopefully this is somewhat helpful. Enjoy!

Thanks! I had a similar overflow from BAO and it makes a huge difference.

Haha thanks! I normally just make videos for fun. I have some other random videos on other tanks on my YouTube page but it's mostly videos from different trips.

Oh man. I was super nervous about it. It's one thing breaking a $40 tank but shattering the 180 would have been devastating!

Their system has been up for about a year now and is really improving. I will probably buy my fish there, but will order most my coral online or pick up pieces in KC.

The store on Broadway was nice, but could have been s much better. The owner wasn't great with customers and made some very bad decisions which led to the store closing.

We had friends over to bbq on Saturday so I took advantage and had them help me carry the tank inside and onto the stand. I was able to get the black vinyl on the tank yesterday and started work on the plumbing!
