Hi everyone, I have this blue tang about 1and half years.
This fish had this problem 1 year ago and grew up with it. At first I thought it was a scar, and it's been there until now, but it eats quickly and looks healthy. Do I need to do anything to treat it? thanks

May be a discoloration from an old injury and the fact that it eats and behaves normal is positive. Often these blemishes can (not always) be corrected with change in diet alone.
Not sure what foods you are feeding but deficiencies with fats and vitamins can do this to a healthy specimen. If you are not already, add some foods such as:

LRS herbivore diet or fish frenzy
Formula 2 flake and frozen
TDO Pellets
small plankton
Hikari Marine cuisine
Ocean nutrition veggie diet
spirulina brine shrimp
mysis shrimp

Add selcon vitamins to foods occasionally

These fish are not often receptive to nori seaweed
