The Coral Dudes- Fail

After I joined his VIP lounge it didn't take me long to realize it was a place I didn't want to order from. Too much of him saying he isn't going anywhere, and his constant use of the "one word" which I really don't care for. If you must rely on that word contantly then I don't want to have anything to do with you are your business.

I will say he has his core set of customers that will defend him no matter what. Reminds me of another company that used to sell on R2R.

So, he is constantly getting banned on facebook. I only got on facebook to check the local clubs pages so don't know much on how it works. What does he do to keep getting put in facebook "time out".
 
ordered year ago about... prices little high and photos looked awesome. got a acan n hammer that looked nothing like photos. 2 pricey acros that had rtn on delivery i saved them barely. couple items as expected. all plugs looked brand new obviously fresh chop and ship. too much of a hype machine i turned off all the facebook feeds months ago from them it was obnoxious to read anymore. would not deal with again too many other great vendors around. just my 2cents.

TCD screwed me over a few months ago, and Jamie took care of my situation well. For my troubles, he gave me a nice promo code to use on a future order. I placed this new order (nearly $600) in November, and was scheduled to get everything delivered to me tomorrow.

It turns out Jamie quit over the weekend, and I've left a number of emails with sales@ to find out whats up with the delivery. Their phone VM is disconnected so I'm SOL trying to call them. I think it is safe to assume I will not be getting anything in the mail tomorrow. I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow and will be letting them know about TCD's fraudulent business.

If anyone knows how I can contact Phil before I take that route, please send me a message how to do so. I am extremely disappointed in these guys, especially after taking another chance with them in good faith. Unreal. Moving forward, I'll only be dealing with coral with private members I know and maybe with WWC.

TCD are still actively adding items to that new market place app too as of yesterday. Burn one bridge just moved on to the next, I guess!

Ok here's my story seeing as I got lied to again by Phil.
Ordered 3 corals during Nov 11-13 live sale, paid on the 14th. Was supposed to ship out on the 20th, didn't because of missing coral. I asked to wait another week because I was on vaca that week, Dec 4th. Nov 23rd added poly lab reef roids and polyp booster. Dec 5th shipment arrives missing Poly lab stuff and one coral wrong. Phil says he'll ship it out when Poly lab stuff comes in(selling stuff not in stock, typical). Told by Jamie that it was due in Dec 14-15. Told by Phil it would definitely go out Mon the 18th...

Guess what....it didn't. So here I sit without the coral I ordered and no Poly lab stuff for my others...

Still waiting....

I wouldn't get your hopes up. I'm about to hit up my CC company on these guys. No word at all from them. Let me know what happens with your order.
 
I can't believe how many people has been hit by the "dudes". It's a shame, really is. I hope you guys get the items you paid for in decent condition or your money back without hassle.

My friend and I are in the same boat. My friend ordered 2 zoa frags a few weeks ago for the grow out competition and when they arrived I was going to get one and pay him back for 1+shipping. Well after failing to ship them 3 seperate times with various lame excuses we asked for a refund. We were told it would take 48hrs, okay, that's fine. But weeks later still nothing. No response to messages. Lesson learned.

I just can't believe he is still selling stuff.

Just an FYI, Phil apparently posted that they will not be shipping anything until after Christmas because FedEx contacted them and said they were backed up and packages would be delayed, so if you didn't get it today than you won't be getting it until after Christmas. (If he bothers to send it then.)
 
My wife just checked facebook and he uploaded all kinds of pics of corals for sale on the 17th. It makes me sick to read about people getting scammed in this wonderful hobby but karma will catch up to coral dudes.

Did you set up a day to be shipped with them? Apparently you need to select a day to be shipped. they're not like other vendors who ships as soon as they get the order
of course, they don't always seem to ship on the agreed date either.

Yeah, got pushed back 3 times already. I could get a refund from the bank but they had such a good deal on a holy grail torch on Black Friday lol fake??!
 
They probably don’t have it in stock- which seems to be the issue with a lot of people
