My LTA decided to move. She dug herself out floated and “danced” on her side until settling again with her foot deep in the substrate.

Here are pictures of this event which took about one hour. I just left her doing her thing.....

That is interesting, and nice that you captured it with photos! It seems strange that it was on its side so long to achieve the movement.

It was probably because of the water surge from the power head above it. I didn’t catch the moment it floated upwards towards the power head on camera. She decide different and stayed suspended on its side for a long time.
 
Awesome.... mine has been on the move for 3 days now, after being comfy for 6 months, and thankfully not on a warpath as a result, she has breezed on by my gorg, Kenya, and today my Mushrooms, with no damage. Hoping she doesnt settle on this latest spot and keeps moving on , I'd like to enjoy seeing her in full view!
