Here's a few for you. This goes back to our discussion 'what makes a hornet a hornet' but here's the UFO and a an orange hornet type I picked up a few years back.

Been adding to the Hornet collection, so I thought I'd post some updated pictures.

Some are recent additions, and I took the pictures as my lights were ramping down, so I apologize that they're not all looking 100%.

My Purple Hornets are making a comeback after almost the entire colony melting out of nowhere.

I did lose my whole colony of regular Black Hornets due to a stubborn sponge issue on the plug.

I'm really knocking out the Hornet list, though! Working on getting a few more types as we speak!

I will have to get some updated pictures, but I think I'm FINALLY closing in on the end of the Hornet collection! Thanks to @littlebigreef I have 3 more coming this week and, as far as I know, I'm down to only one left to get!

The list so far:

Blue Hornets
Purple Hornets
Red Hornets
Rainbow Hornets
Jawbreaker Hornets
King Jawbreaker Hornets
Frozen Hornets
Murder Hornets
Golden Hornets
Black Hornets
PZ Black Hornets
Ktar Black Hornets
Halloween Hornets (Orange Hornets)
UFO Hornets
Tiger Hornets

The only one I have left to get, that I know of, are Electric Hornets (Also seen them advertised as Super Hornets)! There might be more old strains, but I'll be d*mned if I can find them anywhere.

Some were common, some less common. Like all things zoa, popularity seems to come and go. There are still a handful of people growing them. You have to look around, though.

Thanks

Seems like it would be a good theme if I were to get zoa's again the future. I had what was sold as Orange and Rainbow hornets but my file fish decided he liked zoas and took them out.

There are some crazy colorful/patterned "new" zoas out there that people are clamoring for, but there's something about the simple "classics" that still appeals to a lot of us. :D

True purple hornets are hard to find and I'm still looking myself.

Otherwise I have most of these and there's never really much interest in them when I post them in the sales forum. Some, like the rainbows and varieties of black hornets, grow like weeds. Just my opinion but any zoa garden should include the blues and reds, both look incredible as colonies.
