Assuming there are no other issues to deal with in your tank, What's your flow preference and what are you keeping? How happy is your tank? Lets see!!

I have a 90g tank with mostly zoas, but a mix of other things. My return pump runs at 900gph and I have 3 wavemakers. The flow is crazy random. Other than some mild dino issues due to the tank being too clean, everything is good.

Depends on the corals. Studies show Euphyllia prefer pulsing flow. Some corals appreciate laminar flow. Most love random flow. I wish we had more precise language and numbers around flow types and speeds. We can measure light, and chemistry but not flow and it is super essential to coral health.
